About Mandy
I am a Wellbeing and Resilience Coach, helping people to make sense of their experience and to live happier and more fulfilled lives.
I was raised to know that everyone has Innate Wellbeing at their core and that we all need support from time to time to access and experience that Wellbeing.
I qualified as a Registered Nurse and Social Worker before training in various complementary therapies such as Homeopathy, Reiki and EFT. I began practicing as a holistic health coach in 2005 when my children were young and I could juggle career and parenting – not always an easy thing!
In 2014 I trained as a Life Coach and, more recently as a HeartMath Coach. I have a love of learning about anything to do with Wellbeing and Resilience and love to share my new findings!
I work with people individually or in groups, both online and in a retreat setting.
Working holistically comes naturally to me as I support people to open up to the possibility of Wellbeing and Resilience and to develop their own autonomy and absolute belief in themselves.
Helping people to understand and experience a quieter mind (as opposed to a busy, stressy, worried mind!) is the foundation of my work.
From that clearer space we more easily identify our wants and needs and see that miracles really can happen.
I work with people of all ages and, since 2020 have included low-cost sessions for young adults, helping them to identify what brings them joy and a sense of purpose.
Born and raised in East Devon I now live with my partner of thirty plus years in North London. We have two children (young adults!) who have often appeared in my blogs as I navigate the parenting journey!
I write more about my life experiences in my newsletters. Please note that having a busy mind is definitely not unfamiliar to me!
Who do I work with?
I work with people who are wanting to be happier, more confident, more positive and more excited about life – whether that’s in their relationships, their work, their health or any other area!
I work with people who are willing to open their hearts and minds to fresh new insights; to explore new possibilities and to follow the nudges towards a life of wellbeing, inspiration and enjoyment.
Please do get in touch if you are interested in finding out how we might work together.
